Arctech Helsinki Shipyard Case “Improved Information and Material Handling in Shipbuilding Through IoT ” and the team S2V won the 2nd Award at the 3 rd Intelligence Hunt 12.6.2018 in Gothenburg
The team members Vasilis Mitropoulos, team leader, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, Vaklin Angelov, Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, Finland and Stefan Johansson, Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland, were awarded with following prizes.
Present in the Award Ceremony from Arctech Helsinki Shipyard was Mr Esko Mustamäki, CEO.
One year individual or team coaching and mentoring package by Mr Frank Kho, Senior Advisor, Kho Management BV and 1000 euros for the team to share from the funds of the Student Award Pool, sposored by Wärtsilä, Finnlines, Stena RoRo, ,
Furthermore, the team got an automatic acceptance as a finalists to the #Intelligencehunt4 with a first refusal to choose a case, or a free of charge seat as audience to the Finals 14.11.2018 on board M/S Silja Symphony at the Port of Helsinki.
