Wärtsilä has launched Case Number 5 for the #IntelligenceHunt4 Project


Wärtsilä, a global leader in smart technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for marine and energy markets, decided to give students the following headline for their case assignment in the #IntelligenceHunt4 competition:

“SMART PORTS FOR SMART SHIPS”



The team of 7 students "Ingenious Seafarers" from The International School of Management (ISM), University of Oulu, Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, World Maritime University (WMU), Arcada University of Applied Sciences and Admiral Makarov State University of Maritime and Inland Shipping have started working on the project. Students’ countries of origin are India, Yemen, Finland, Morocco, Nepal and Russia.


Fredrik Östman, General Manager Ecosystem Innovation, Wärtsilä will be introducing the case challenge. Also, Johanna Fräki, Innovation Director at Wärtsilä will be on stage as one of the Inspiring Industry Speakers. You will meet them and the student team at the Finals 14th of November 2018 on board SeaFocus Strategic Partner Tallink Silja M/S Silja Symphony, Port of Helsinki, and at the Finals Reception in Makasiini Terminal, Port of Helsinki.
